Frequently Asked Question

How old does my child have to be to take Omega 3?

Omega 3s have benefits for children of all ages. They should however be supervised closely during administration of the supplements. Capsules are not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to the possible choking hazard. If in any doubt about your child please consult a doctor.
