Frequently Asked Question

What are Omega 3 fatty acids?

Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids like DHA and EPA are essential for brain and body function and can only be obtained from the diet.

A well known natural source of Omega 3 is in oily fish. However, many people do not eat enough oily fish to obtain the levels of Omega 3 that their body needs to be healthy.
