Frequently Asked Question

Can you overdose on Omega 3?

It as advised that as with all food supplements you keep Omega 3s out of the sight and reach of young children. Should your child take a few capsules more than usual, there is nothing to worry about in the short term as omega 3s are a natural food and are well tolerated by the body. If your child takes a very large amount of capsules, or repeatedly consumes more than recommended, please seek the advice of your doctor.
