Omega 3 - What Parents Need to Know
Is your child missing out on Omega 3?
Scientific evidence has shown how Omega 3 Fatty Acids can improve children's reading ability, concentration and behaviour at school.
Omega 3 benefits for children
How can they help? Scientists have shown that not only can Omega 3 fish oils improve concentration and
reduce disruptive behaviour they can also improve reading and their spelling.
Recommended Omega 3 intake for children
The government recommended that we should all eat oily fish twice a week to ensure we get the appropriate
levels of Omega 3s in our diets. However many Mums will already know how hard it can be to get children
to eat oily fish like mackerel and salmon.
Omega 3 Supplements
Many nutritional experts suggest purified concentrated fish oil supplements as a good alternative and much
more palatable source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Below is a table comparing the amount of omega 3 fatty
acids in various supplements.

Brain Boosters Testimonials
I just had to drop you a line about your marvellous product – Brain Boosters. My
mother always orders them for my daughter, as she is unable to swallow a capsule
or tablet. My daughter has gone up to a higher maths set since taking this supplement
and most pleasing of all Katie just loves to take them - there is no fishy taste!
I'm sure that if other people realised how nice they are, even more children would
be encouraged to take them. I was sceptical to say the least but Katie says they
taste lovely and should be given instead of sweets! If she could get away with taking
more than 2 or 3 a day she says she would. Thank you for a wonderful product, we
would recommend them without reservation.
Best regards (and thanks from Gran also)
Katie and Janet Pearson
